Project Sewing / DIY - Round-Up

I've mentioned my 'project sewing' several times. First here, then here and then finally showed the first piece out of Project Sewing here, which I wore for the Malta Fashion Week launch party. I plan to get more photos of these pieces in proper outfit posts. At the moment I've put it on hold since my priority has to be studying. But come summer, I have quite a few things in mind! Custom-made stuff is a sure-fire way of spending less whilst not compromising style.

Here's what I have so far.

The dress I wore to the launch party -

Soon after, came this skirt. I'm proud of this one because I did most of it. The rest I only helped and hoped that someday I will actually reach the point of making them (or something similar) myself.

I also wore this to Malta Fashion Week in fact...
The next skirt is the definition of my style. I'm into black and white, bold prints and basics with a twist.

Here's the post with me wearing the skirt at the Upcoming Designer's Show (which I blogged about here).

Last but not least is a pair of pants; a derivative of track pants. They were in fact fashioned from an actual pair of track pants! Again in black and white, the result is an amalgamation of comfort and elegance. I wore them to the Charles & Ron AW12/13 show

That's it for now - I hope I'll get to show you more soon!!
