The App, Leather Boots & Leather Skirts.

A lot has happened in the 2 days I haven't blogged. Most importantly my favourite shows in Paris (Givenchy, Balmain, Celine and Balenciaga). Secondly, I created an app. This was never part of my plan. But since more and more people are getting internet plans on their phones and since I often got complaints that browsing Rouge Reveries was becoming an inconvenient feat I had to do something about it. This post is going to be a two-in-one deal :P

As you've probably noticed I added a link to the app in the sidebar and it will take you to the download page ;)
You can either scan the code with your phone or just click on the link below :)

Here are some screenshots.

Anyhow, enough with the app talk. If you follow me on Facebook you probably know I've updated the about section. It's found under the 'MANIFESTO' link in the menu bar or just click here!

Now I can proceed to the second part of this post. Paris Fashion Week

#1 Thank God for Leather at Givenchy
I love leather or similar looking material (unless it looks plastic-like). Last Fall Givenchy paved the way for peplum skirts. Luckily, I found one at River Island looking just like the leather peplum skirt at the show. You'll be seeing an outfit post with the same skirt soon ;)

I found a pair of leather Topshop boots on sale - and they're over the knee! Perfectly Givenchy-looking. I wanted them to be pointed rather than round. But I still love them. I already have a few outfit snaps wearing them, which are yet to be posted. But here's a picture anyway (the lighting is horrible - I apologise!)

The collection had a sinister vibe to it, but with a hint of a girl gone horseriding and the elegant Givenchy touch of course.
